Abstract

Настоящей статьей продолжается цикл публикаций, посвященных построению системы работы с корпоративными клиентами в кредитных организациях [5, 6]. В работе рассмотрены цели и задачи, основные принципы и процедуры работы кредитных организаций с наиболее значимыми для них клиентами, носящими в авторской терминологии наименование «приоритетных». Отдельное внимание уделено вопросам построения системы мотивации подразделений и менеджеров в рамках организации работы с приоритетными клиентами, а также психологии и техники продаж
