Abstract

Глобализация создала условия для повышения социально-экономической эффективности производства, однако они реализуются лишь в сочетании с регионализацией — формированием макрорегиональных экономических союзов, развитием региональных кластеров и принципов федерализма. В статье рассматриваются новые условия регионализации производства при переходе к социально-инновационной экономике, проблемы и перспективы новой индустриализации в межрегиональных группировках, регионах и региональных комплексах, в т.ч. в АПК и рыбохозяйственном комплексе, ЖКХ, торговле и сфере услуг
