Abstract

В статье предложена концепция оценки эффективности информационно-логистической системы, показана роль решения логистических задач в рамках информационно-логистической системы автодилера. На основе изучения основных логистических задач, стоящих перед мультибрендовым автодилером, автором сформулированы критерии эффективности информационно-логистической системы с точки зрения их решения, на основании которых предложена методика расчёта интегрального показателя эффективности информационно-логистической системы автодилера с точки зрения решения логистических задач
