Abstract

В статье освещены недостатки традиционной практики планирования педагогической работы преподавателей вузов, которые не отвечают современным тенденциям развития высшего образования, а также представлены предложения по решению некоторых проблемных вопросов. Автором определены основные ориентиры для формирования нового подхода к расчету объемов учебной и других видов педагогической работы и их соотношения
