Экономическое Творчество Предпринимателя В Контексте Концепции Открытых Инноваций

Abstract

В статье показана роль творчества предпринимателя в экономическом развитии с позиций реализации концепции открытых инноваций. Показано значение инновационного предпринимательства в трансформации научных и технических знаний в новый интеллектуальный ресурс и создании сети его пользователей через механизм лицензионных соглашений. Предложен усовершенствованный инструментарий для оценки величины возможной прибыли от использования нового интеллектуального ресурса с учетом фактора времени, стоимости авансированного капитала и трансакционных затрат на поддержание прав интеллектуальной собственности
