Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные положения классической марксистской политэкономии, позволяющие исследовать природу современных корпоративных структур. Показывается, где, в чем и почему такие положения устарели, а где сохраняют актуальность. Классический марксистский подход сопрягается со взглядами институционализма и некоторых других школ экономической теории
