Abstract

Первичная индустриализация в XVIII–XIX веке создала рыночную экономику, основанную на частной собственности на средства производства и наемном труде, активном привлечении новой рабочей силы, материальных активов и природных ресурсов для расширения масштабов производства. Переход к новому технологическому укладу, новой парадигме экономического развития, сдвиги в социальной структуре общества создали предпосылки и сделали необходимой новую индустриализацию, основанную на развитии и эффективном использовании общественных производительных сил для создания компьютерно-автоматизированных рабочих мест, глобальных сетей и цепей поставок, и создания стоимости. Новая индустриализация, как показывают дальнейшие исследования, осуществляется на макро-, мезоэкономическом, региональном и локальном уровнях, создавая в дополнение к рыночной, государственной и корпоративно-межфирменную систему регулирования
