Abstract

В статье дано определение человеческого капитала вуза. Рассмотрена структура труда научно-педагогиче­ских работников. Предложена система разработки молодежного кадрового резерва научно-педагогических работников как вида инвестиций в человеческий капитал вуза. Описаны результаты социологического исследования, проведенного в СПбГПУ. Сделан оценочный прогноз увеличения публикационной активности вуза в целом за счёт реализации программы “Кадровый резерв”
