Abstract

При переходе от энерго-сырьевой модели экономики к инновационной необходима активизация роли банковской системы не только как инструмента финансирования, но и как механизма межотраслевого и межтерриториального перелива капитала, повышения аллокационной и народно-хозяйственной эффективности экономики. Для этого требуется системное, согласованное проведение денежно-кредитной, финансовой, антимонопольной, структурной, инновационной политики
