Abstract

В статье автором рассмотрены основные положения концепции устойчивого развития управляющих организаций в сфере ЖКХ на основе менеджмента качества. Предлагаемая концепция основана на необходимости разработки механизма управления, обеспечивающего удовлетворение потребностей и ожиданий всех заинтересованных сторон сбалансированным образом
