Abstract

В статье показана зависимость эффективного управления многоквартирными домами от согласованности интересов собственников помещений в многоквартирном доме, ресурсоснабжающих и подрядных организаций, персонала управляющей организации. Предложены рекомендации для согласования интересов сторон на основе теории игр
