Построение "Новой" Российской Экономики В Условиях Капиталистического Застоя

Abstract

В статье, обоснован авторский подход к формированию "новой национальной экономики". Методологической основой представленного исследования является системный и функциональный анализ, как инструментарий при рассмотрении вопроса симбиотического взаимодействия экономических законов капитализма и основ ведения социалистического хозяйства в деле организации аутентичной экономики. Автор приходит к выводу, что деятельность государственного регулирования находится в прямой зависимости от трансформации частно-хозяйственных интересов предпринимательства, которые и формируют мотивационный механизм субъекта хозяйствования
