Государственные Программы Финансирования Реального Сектора: Практика Восстановления Экономики Восточной Германии

Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению условий и результатов проведения государственной программы стимулирования частных капиталовложений на территории Восточной Германии в период после объединения страны (начало 1990-х гг.). Приводится анализ Европейской Программы Реконструкции, характеристика ее участников, схема, условия и этапы их взаимодействия. Также выделяются инновационные особенности инфраструктуры для более эффективного финансирования предприятий. В работе отражены результаты проведения стимулирующей программы. Рассматривается также взаимосвязь экономических особенностей ФРГ и РФ и возможность реализации программы в российской практике
