Abstract

В статье исследованы виды консалтинговых услуг, дана их краткая характеристика, а также раскрыты особенности формирования организационной структуры аудиторско-консалтинговой фирмы. Рассмотрены основные подходы к совершенствованию системы управления знаниями в организации, оказывающей деловые услуги, включающие исследовательское и директивное направление.
