Abstract

В статье произведена концептуализация понятий "социальные услуги" и "территориально-отраслевой комплекс социальных услуг", разработаны методология повышения эффективности организации производства социальных услуг в таких комплексах и концепция мониторинга деятельности субъекта управления территориально-отраслевым комплексом социальных услуг
