Abstract

В статье приведен сравнительный анализ подходов различных авторов к пониманию сущности категорий "клиентоориентированность", "клиент", "потребитель", обоснованы отличия категории "клиентоориентированность" от аналогичного понятия, используемого в классической маркетинговой деятельности в рамках стратегического управления. Сформулирована гипотеза новой стадии развития концепции классического маркетинга – перехода на уровень клиентоориентированного стратегического менеджмента в рамках управления корпорациями
