Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные факторы, определяющие формирование корпоративной социальной стратегии, принципы и инструменты, обуславливающие ее эффективность, приводятся примеры отечественных компаний, которые, по мнению автора, могут стать эталонными при выборе направлений реализации социальной стратегии. Отражены основные связи между КСО, бизнес-стратегией и конкурентными преимуществами
