Abstract

В статье рассмотрены различные трактовки понятий эффективности и результативности бюджетных расходов. Выявлены проблемы использования в бюджетном законодательстве терминов «эффективность» и «результативность». Доказана необходимость совершенствования системы показателей оценки эффективности и результативности бюджетных расходов.
