Abstract

Изменение критериев оценки эффективности деятельности общеобразовательных учреждений, приводит к необходимости повышения квалификации управленческого персонала, совершенствования профессиональных навыков руководителей школ. Оценка системы повышения квалификации и профессионального роста в образовательных учреждениях г. Пензы (школах, гимназиях, лицеях) основанная на исследовании с помощью анкетного опроса выявила проблемы процесса повышения квалификации руководителей. В статье предлагаются мероприятия необходимые для устранения недостатков в системе управления профессиональным ростом и повышению мотивации руководителей образовательных учреждений к обучению.
