Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы организации государственного регулирования в алмазно-бриллиантовом комплексе (АБК) Российской Федерации. Проанализированы особенности ведения российского алмазного бизнеса в контексте мирового алмазного рынка в режиме реального времени. Обозначена роль государственного регулирования в построении стратегии дальнейшего развития и решения практических задач, возникающих в зависимости от выбранного направления АБК. Выявлена и обоснована необходимость проведения государственной поддержки в целях устойчивого развития алмазно-бриллиантового комплекса Российской Федерации. Особое внимание обращается на правовую основу регулирования в АБК Российской Федерации.
