Abstract

В статье обоснована актуальность разработки концепции рационального освоения минерально-сырьевой базы в условиях развития экономики знаний. Проведен сравнительный анализ индустриальной экономики и экономики знаний в различных областях производственных и общественных отношений. Выявлены основные принципы концепции рационального освоения минерально-сырьевой базы и условия, обеспечивающие необходимый уровень технической и технологической готовности минерально-сырьевого комплекса к эффективному функционированию в рамках экономики знаний. Разработана концепция рационального освоения МСБ в условиях экономики знаний
