Воздействие Вступления В Вто На Промышленность России По Критическим Товарным Позициям

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено воздействие изменения уровня таможенной защиты, предусмотренного условиями вступления России в ВТО, на ряд отраслей промышленности на основе предложенной концепции анализа критических товарных позиций. Выявлен ряд изменений таможенного регулирования, создающих серьезные риски в таких отраслях как черная и цветная металлургия, химическая промышленность, лесопромышленный комплекс, машиностроение, что создает острую потребность в разработке плана компенсационных мероприятий со стороны государства.
