Старение Населения Как Глобальный Вызов Современности

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы старения населения как одного из глобальных вызовов современного рынка труда. Проведен анализ распределения населения по возрастам в ЕС и России, показан потенциальный дисбаланс на российском рынке труда, рассмотрены возможности его сокращения. Особое внимание уделено специфике иностранной рабочей силы в России как одному из источников преодоления указанного дисбаланса
