Abstract

На основе исследования в основном англоязычных источников в статье представлены современн ые подходы и решения теоретических и практических проблем выбора институтов сделки. Доказывается, что налогообложение и внутрифирменное ценообразование являются определяющими факторами при выборе институциональной модели сделки.
