Abstract

В статье дан анализ регионального рынка труда Северо-Западного федерального округа с учетом его территориальных особенностей, специфических черт, влияющих на формирование и распределение трудовых ресурсов. На основе статистических данных раскрыты основные тенденции развития регионального рынка, подлежащие учету при проведении социально-экономической политики.
