Abstract

В статье рассматриваются дискуссионные вопросы, касающиеся механизмов и методов модернизации экономики, обновления основных производственных фондов в период 1920-1930-х гг. Сопоставляются два основных подхода: накопления капитала путем товарообмена в условиях неразвитого рынка и путем перекачки ресурсов из одного сектора экономики в другой.
