Abstract

В статье рассматриваются современное состояние и перспективы мирового алмазно-бриллиантового рынка. Обоснованы в озможности использования методологии Форсайт с целью определения долгосрочного стратегического развития для мирового алмазно-бриллиантового рынка. Определена целесообразность проведения Форсайт-проекта алмазно-бриллиантового комплекса, создание и формирование коммуникативной площадки Форсайта на территории Республики Саха (Якутия) на основе вертикально-интегрированного кластера с учётом региональных особенностей. Установлены предпосылки к интеграции комплекса в инновационной цепочке, при которой сформируется межрегиональный Форсайт, где ставка делается на выполнение инновационного проекта общенационального уровня, конкурентоспособного на мировом алмазно-бриллиантовом рынке.
