Abstract

В статье обозначена особая роль структурной перестройки народного хозяйства страны и регионов в модернизации экономики. Представлено расширенное понимание значения сферы услуг в формировании инновационной экономики. Выделены основные региональные факторы, влияющие на развитие сферы услуг, сформулированы ключевые принципы успешной деятельности сервисных организаций. Определены актуальные проблемы, тормозящие развитие сферы услуг на современном этапе. Обоснована необходимость и предложены меры усиления содействия и ответственности региональных и муниципальных администраций по обеспечению ускоренного развития сферы услуг на своих территориях
