Abstract

В статье изложено авторское видение феномена измененного поведения организации в целом и формируемых в ее рамках групп в условиях кризисного события, характеризующегося растущей повторяемостью и неопределенностью. Авторы определяют свойства универсальности мотивационно-поведенческих моделей, что дает основание для адаптации вышеуказанных моделей к условиям отраслевого, странового и глобального контекста.
