Зависимость Экономического Роста От Структуры Общественного Производства (На Примере Российской Экономики 90-Х Годов)

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные современные теории экономического роста, связанные с изменением структуры общественного роста. Характеризуются проблемы Российской экономики, которая имеет сырьевую направленность. На основе обобщения большого статистического материала, показывается, что не смотря на то, что в 90-е гг. на фоне трансформационного кризиса, произошло серьёзное изменение структуры общественного производства не были созданы предпосылки для дальнейшего роста экономики. Произошло значительное падение в ВНП доли промышленных, сельскохозяйственных и других отраслей с высокой долей вновь созданной стоимости. Одновременно возросла доля утилитарных услуг, которые не создают предпосылки для экономического роста, что подтверждается экономическими показателями развития экономики первого десятилетия после 2000 года.
