Abstract

В статье анализируются проблемы переориентации деятельности ремонтных служб предприятий на использование системы обслуживания и ремонта по состоянию оборудования. Раскрываются условия экономической эффективности и конкурентоспособности лесопромышленного предприятия. Исследуются подходы к построению организационной структуры управления системой технического обслуживания и ремонта с учетом планирования межремонтных сроков службы оборудования.
