Abstract

В статье описываются цели использования городских земельных ресурсов и формализованные способы представления целей. Предлагаются подходы к определению эффективности использования городских земельных ресурсов с экономической точки зрения с учетом краткосрочных и долгосрочных стратегических целей. При этом городская территория рассматривается как экономический актив. Анализируется влияние экологических и социальных аспектов использования городского пространства на экономическую эффективность
