Abstract

В статье предложены проекты, которые можно реализовать на основе государственно-частного партнерства на территории республики, что позволит увеличить объемы приграничной торговли между Тывой и Монголией, создать новые рабочие места в Республике Тыва и Монголии, увеличить бюджетные поступления в Федеральный бюджет РФ и в бюджеты Республики Тыва. Для улучшения инвестиционного климата на территории Республики Тыва и ее приграничных территорий предлагается «Модельная программа улучшения инвестиционного климата в Республике Тыва».
