Abstract

В статье предложена концептуальная схема проведения стратегического анализа для формирования конкурентной стратегии горнохимических холдингов с учетом отраслевой специфики. На основании проведенного анализа сформирована модель декомпозиции факторов конкурентоспособности, характерных для отрасли фосфорсодержащих минеральных удобрений.
