Abstract

В статье рассматривается одна из ключевых проблем в социальной сфере российской экономики значительное неравенство в доступности социальных услуг для различных категорий населения, особенно проявляющееся в сфере здравоохранения. Изложены теоретические аспекты проблемы социальной справедливости и эффективности с точки зрения двух подходов: доступа и использования ресурсов здравоохранения, а также его финансирования в виде формирования финансовых взносов, получаемых системой здравоохранения от различных социально-экономических субъектов. Данные аспекты увязаны с функционированием государственной и частной системы здравоохранения в России и за рубежом.
