К Вопросу Формирования Концептуальных Основ Инновационного Развития Высшей Школы России

Abstract

В статье показано, что созданные национальные, федеральные и национальные исследовательские университеты, а также университетские комплексы могут успешно выполнять роль «опорных точек инновационного развития» в системе высшего образования России. Рассматривается методология «опорных точек инновационного развития» системы ВПО РФ, базирующаяся на концепции «экономики, основанной на знаниях», интегрированной с концепциями «устойчивого развития» и «инновационных систем».
