Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию практики перфоманс-контрактов в России, выявлению препятствий для их массового внедрения и роли в повышении энергоэффективности в жилищно-коммунальном комплексе сибирских городов. Показана необходимость кардинального изменения отношения к энергосбережению и энергоаудиту, неотъемлемой частью которого является развитие институтов энергосервисных компаний. (ЭСКО).
