Методы Оценки Устойчивого Развития Региональных Социально-Экономических Систем

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ основных методологических подходов к оценке устойчивого развития в системах различного уровня (от национальной и региональной экономики до территорий и предприятий). Проведена систематизация представленных методологий. Описаны преимущества, недостатки и ограничения практического применения для каждого из выделенных методологических подходов. Приведены примеры оценки развития России с использованием ряда методологических приемов. Сделаны выводы о перспективности использования интегральных индикаторов в качестве инструмента оценки и управления устойчивым развитием систем различного уровня.
