Abstract

В статье приводится анализ форм и методов формирования трудовых ресурсов Сибири и Дальнего Востока в дореволюционный и советский период. Приводится широкий статистический материал, характеризующий роль миграции в заселении и экономическом развитии регионов Азиатской части России. Приводится анализ исторического опыта государственного регулирования переселенческого движения в Сибирь и на Дальний Восток.
