Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы создания благоприятных условий для развития института государственно-частного партнерства в Российской Федерации. Показано, что институт государственно-частного партнерства может успешно развиваться только при наличии определенных внешних и внутренних условий. Для этого необходимо создать экономические предпосылки и законодательную базу
