Abstract

В статье рассматривается влияние глобализации на природно экологические системы прибрежных зон. В России пока отсутствует законодательство, которое учитывало бы интересы других близлежащих государств, имеющих прибрежные территории. Разрабатываемый пакет законопроектов создаст правовое поле для регулирования охраны окружающей среды в Российской Федерации с учетом современных достижений в этой области, который будет способствовать стабилизации экологической обстановки.
