Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме неэффективности существующих методологических решений по управлению устойчивым развитием объектов экономики и социума применительно кусловиям повышенной неопределенности ириска, создаваемых кризисной ситуацией. Авторы предлагают углубить понимание истоков проблемы и найти новые смыслы развития за счет раскрытия философских основ социального управления, чтобы использовать более адекватные по сложности социокультурные (синергетические) подходы и модели управления развитием с учетом возрастающей неопределенности и неустойчивости среды
