Abstract

В статье рассматривается инновационная система региона, субъекты инновационного развития. Дается определение инновационного кластера, раскрываются особенности формирования инновационного кластера на начальном этапе, а также стимулирование кластерных инициатив. Определены основные направления развития инновационного кластера.
