Abstract

В эпоху глобализации и развития мировой экономики вопрос о возникновении и росте корпоративных систем занимает одно из ведущих мест. В статье раскрыто понятие "корпорация", рассмотрены мотивы корпоративных интеграций, основанных на синергетическом эффекте, выделены конкурентные преимущества, а также предложены методы осуществления интеграционных процессов.
