Abstract

В статье рассмотрена инновационная деятельность в управлении образовательным учреждением высшего профессионального образования на основе процессного подхода. Дано описание применения процесса «Реализация основных образовательных программ». Установлены требования потребителей на входе и выходе процесса. Проанализированы результаты тестирования студентов. Предложены новые показатели, характеризующие процесс, а также варианты новых управленческих решений на основе удовлетворения требований потребителей.
