Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы и ограничения, связанные с процессом формирования системы показателей как инструмента информационного обеспечения. Представлен обзор и сравнительный анализ существующих систем таких показателей. Обоснована целесообразность использования в качестве основного инструмента системы сбалансированных показателей.
