Abstract

В настоящее время социальные услуги и услуги в целом стали играть возрастающую роль в ориентации на личность, что является следствием распространения подхода к работнику и к личности с позиции человеческого потенциала, способствующего изменению модели общества в целом и обеспечивающей переход к информационной парадигме социума. На этом фоне развитие сферы услуг будет обусловлено во многом за счет развития ранка социальных услуг, к числу которых относятся образование, здравоохранение, культура и ЖКХ, поскольку потребление именно этих видов услуг способствует формированию человеческого потенциала.
