Abstract

В статье анализируется опыт создания и существования ОЭЗ различного типа в ряде зарубежных государств, раскрываются преимущества и недостатки американской, европейской и азиатской практики управления ОЭЗ, а также особенности особых экономических режимов в странах постсоветского пространства. Рассматриваются различные аспекты вступления России в ВТО и связанные с ними проблемы приведения национального законодательства в соответствие с требованиями этой организации.
