Abstract

В статье рассматривается ведущая роль топливно-энергетического комплекса РФ в становлении национальной экономики, раскрываются его характерные особенности и специфика развития, выявляются причины и предпосылки реструктуризации, предлагаются варианты дальнейшего совершенствования приватизационных процессов в нефтегазовом комплексе.
