Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы модернизации сферы сервиса в Российской Федерации на основе Интернет-технологий. Выявлены особенности новых тенденций модернизации системы распределения в сфере услуг. Интернет-технологии являются одной из движущих сил развития бизнеса в сфере сервиса, что обусловлено удобством использования сети Интернет, ее широким покрытием, оперативностью размещения и поиска информации. В статье рассмотрены возможности и преимущества использования Интернет-технологий в банковской системе, гостиничном комплексе, автосервисе, торговле.
